Headquartered in Cambridge, England, we develop, market and license our technology and products specifically for use in the management, serving and browsing of low bit-rate video over the Internet and any other network.

We have supplied in excess of 500 customers worldwide including many blue chip names in broadcasting, media and video production.

Management Team

David Cole
Chief Executive Officer

Dave joined IPV in February 1997 to lead the Company's highly acclaimed technical team who are the world leaders working with low bit-rate video and audio over IP networks. His responsibilities include technical direction, developing innovative products, handling IPV's patent portfolio and overseeing technical alliances and strategic partnerships.

Nigel Booth
EVP, Sales & Marketing

Nigel joined IPV in February 2005 as Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing with responsibility for IPV's Sales and Marketing initiatives worldwide. Nigel has 18 years industry experience in developing business opportunities and revenues.

Barry Todd
Executive Chairman

Recently appointed by the Board to work alongside the Senior Management team. Barry has held executive level roles in the broadcast industry – Managing Director at Leitch and Commercial Director at Snell & Wilcox. Barry's background is in Corporate Finance and he continues to provide commercial support to several emerging businesses.

Mark Haysom
Professional Services & Marcomms Manager

Mark joined IPV in April 2004 as part of the sales team and is now responsible for the Professional Services group and Marcomm activities. Previously he worked in the software and electronics industry concentrating on aviation and Telcomms.
